This a family business and let me tell you, they make you feel like family. We had a trailer hitch installed on our SUV today. We arrived on time. They took our car immediately and it was finished within the timeframe they provided on the phone. They are extremely friendly and service is top notch!

If I could give a 10 star review for Ferguson's I would. Derek and Jason were truly amazing! They diagnosed and fixed a difficult hydraulic brake problem on my 5th wheel RV. They put a new hydraulic pump in, brake calipers (and even welded my frame at no additional cost). Jason did a superb job diagnosing and repairing the brake issue. Jason and Derek not only did quality work, their service and professionalism was fantastic.They made me feel like I was part of the Ferguson family. For those of you who have gone to Camping World, and other RV repair places, paying exorbitant prices and getting poor (and slow!)service, put Ferguson's in your contact list and use them next time you need work on the undercarriage of your RV. And to top it all off the price they charged me was so reasonable that I had to pinch myself. I would have had to pay 3 times as much for much less at an RV dealer.
